Questions we get a lot
Do mini-splits heat as well as cool?
Yes. Most ductless systems are heat pumps, so the same unit keeps the room cool in summer and warm in winter.
How long does a mini-split install take?
A single-room system is usually done in a day. Multi-room systems take longer depending on how many indoor units and line runs are involved.
Can one outdoor unit run several rooms?
Yes, multi-zone systems connect several indoor units to one outdoor unit. We’ll tell you whether single-zone or multi-zone makes more sense for your space.
Do you work on mini-splits you didn’t install?
Yes. Call us with the brand and the error code if there is one.
