FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Do you charge more after hours?

After-hours visits can cost more than a scheduled appointment. Ask when you call and we’ll tell you what to expect before we head out.

What should I do while I wait?

Turn the system off at the thermostat if it’s making noise, smells like burning, or the breaker tripped. Don’t reset a breaker more than once. If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas company.

Is my AC an emergency if it still blows air?

If the air is warm and it’s over 100° outside, it can be, especially for kids, older family members and pets. Call and we’ll help you decide.

Heat or cold, we’re on it
